if you ever need to fly within Mexico go on to www.volaris.com.mx...they have excellent service and good prices......the only problem is that you are only allowed 15 kg per person....and with all the diving gear that can be tight........
but instead of driving 1600km a flight of 2 hours is much more preferable...
